Reduction Claims

This filtration system removes up to 99% of over 1,000 harmful contaminants such as chlorine, fluoride, lead (up to 98%), arsenic, asbestos, calcium, sodium, and more, so you can rest assured that your water is safe and healthy.

With our reverse osmosis filters, you can enjoy the taste and benefits of clean drinking water right from your tap, which is also remineralised and alkaline for optimal health benefits.

The combination of our 0.005 microns Reverse Osmosis membrane together with its prefilters, effectively remove:

- Dust, dirt, sediment, rust and sand.

- Herbicides, Pesticides, Chlorine, Chloramines, VOCs, Antibiotics

- Fluoride, Heavy metals, Lead, Mercury, Copper, Arsenic, Aluminium, Cadmium, and other pollutants of concern like Pesticides, Silica, Hardness and Salts.

- Hormones, Pharmaceuticals, Micro and NanoPlastics, PFAS (Forever Chemicals).

Installed/ Not Installed Differences

We offer you the freedom to choose your trusted plumber to install our filtration systems.

Our flat rate for installation is $147 in the Perth Metro Area, with additional charges for special location or configuration requests.

If drilling through stone is required, an extra $50 will be charged for the diamond drill bit and insurance fee.

Ultimately, the decision is up to you.

Filter Replacement Guide and Lifespan

The five different cartridges need to be replaced at different intervals:

  1. The PP Sediment Filter and CTO Carbon Blocks should be replaced within 6 to 12 months from installation.
  2. The Alkalising & Mineralising Cartridge should be replaced within 12 to 24 months from installation.
  3. The RO Membrane should be replaced within 3 to 4 years from installation.

To simplify your maintenance routine, we offer various service packs, allowing you to conveniently perform one of the four required services each year, following a straightforward sequential order. Find these pack below.

Protect your appliances

Using this water will protect your coffee machines, ice makers, kettles, steam irons, and other appliances. Water-using appliances tend to collect calcium buildup when heating water, but this won't happen with Reverse Osmosis Water, which has a significantly lower Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level compared to unfiltered water.

Unexpected Expenses (For trasparency)

- If drilling through stone is required, an extra $50 will be charged for the diamond drill bit and insurance fee.

- If the client's water pressure is too low (Below 34psi), we will need to install a pump to increase the pressure. This will incur an additional cost of $250 for the pump. If the pump is installed at the same time as the RO System, the installation cost is included. If it is installed at a later time, the client will need to pay an extra $70 for our technician to come out, on top of the $250 for the pump alone.
