Values Test
.
"Living in a way that contradicts your personal values can cause dissatisfaction and result in a life that feels unfulfilled. When I first took the values test at age 28, it transformed my perspective. The true benefit of the test lies in gaining awareness of your core values. It shed light on my decision-making process and helped me understand why I felt frustrated when I went against my values. I highly recommend discovering your own values as soon as possible. Trust me, it's worth it. I'm excited for you to embark on this journey!"

Shadow Work Course
.
Carl Jung, a prominent Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, developed the concept of the shadow and with that he referrs to the hidden and often unconscious aspects of our personality that we reject, disown, or deny. These can include primitive impulses, emotions, and behaviours that are deemed unacceptable by society or ourselves. Jung believed that facing and integrating the shadow was crucial for personal growth, as it can help us overcome inner conflicts, gain greater self-awareness, and become more authentic and whole individuals.

Vipassana Meditation Course
.
This is a three-day course that requires a commitment of 1.5 hours of sitting meditation in the morning and another 1.5 hours before bed for three consecutive days. Nick designed this course to accelerate the teachings that are typically only learned during a full 10-day silent retreat where talking and eye contact are not allowed. The aim of the course is to give everyday people a chance to learn the ancient technique of Vipassana, which works with body sensations and does not rely on external inputs, unlike guided or mantra-based meditations. By teaching you how to stop reacting and start observing on the physical "body sensations" level, Vipassana can change your life, not only while meditating but also in your daily life. We strongly believe that Vipassana meditation is an excellent tool for enhancing and promoting good mental health, especially given the increasing prevalence of unhealthy or unsatisfactory escapism. Training the mind is still undervalued despite the fact that the happiest and most prosperous people have mastered their minds. Thus, Vipassana meditation teaches individuals how to stop reacting to physical sensations that may control their lives, providing an opportunity to train the mind and achieve greater control over one's emotions and thoughts.
